OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Operating instructions are made available via email and are physically attached to the bounce houses. 

Delivery Details: Your bounce house will be delivered and set up by an Easy Bounce Boise employee. Not only does this make the process easier for you, but it also ensures that the bounce house is set up safely and effectively for your party. Due to logistics, some bounce houses are delivered several hours early, or even the night before. If your bounce house is delivered early, please feel free to use it the entire time it is at your location. The duration of you reservation is 6 hours from the start time of your party.

Set Up Details: Please ensure that there is a clear, accessible path from the street to your set up area, prior to arrival. Grass and concrete are always the best choice of set up area. All inflatables will be set up over a tarp and staked down or have sandbags attached to them for safety reasons. Inflatables cannot be moved once the technician has secured the inflatable down. Rocks, gravel or dirt areas cannot be used as a set up area. Inflatables must have 5 feet of clearance on all sides.

If you are having your event at a park or public location, you will need to notify our office of your arrival time and be present at the time of the delivery. The Delivery Technician cannot set up without the customer present. You will also need to ensure that there is sufficient power for your inflatable. If a generator is needed, we have them available and are happy to help get this added to your reservation.

Cancellation and rain checks: Easy Bounce Boise is not responsible for weather conditions, power supply outages or other extenuating circumstances. Customers will have the opportunity to use a single raincheck for their party in the event of bad weather. Cancellation due to power issues or any reason outside of bad weather will not be refunded.

Bonus fine print!:

• Bounce houses should not be operated or used if they is not secured properly or in the event of bad weather (winds above 15 mph).

• Shoes and jewelry are not allowed to be worn in the bounce house.

• No food, drink, or gum in the inflatable.

• No hanging on the basketball hoop. This is sewn into the bounce house and will ruin the entire bounce house if torn.

• The operator should position himself/herself in close proximity to the entrance of the ride.

• Responsible party/adult supervision is required at all times that the bounce house is in use.

• No climbing on the walls, nets, or roof is allowed.

• Do not exceed 8 kids at a time.

• No silly string in or around the bounce houses.

• Do not use your own generator. This can lead to damage of the blower and bounce house.

• No sharp objects in or around/near bounce house.
